Scientific studies have shown that DIM helps to support healthy hormone balance in both men and women. Nutri Advanced DIM 100mg is a high potency formula providing 100mg of Diindolylmethane (DIM) in each capsule, together with vitamin E and phosphatidylcholine for better absorption.

DIM is a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts and cabbage. Indole-3-carbinol gets converted into its active form DIM in the body so taking DIM directly bypasses the need for this conversion. DIM is also thought to be more stable than indole-3-carbinol.

Studies have shown that DIM helps to support healthy oestrogen clearance. Issues associated with oestrogen clearance can cause oestrogen dominance, which is extremely common in women of child-bearing age. Oestrogen dominance may be helped by supporting the liver to clear oestrogen more effectively.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed.
